About these terms

This website is operated by Fast Brake Mechanical & Machining of Unit 1/22 Jay Gee Court, Nerang QLD 4211. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please just call us on 0449 860 753 instead.

Bookings are requests, not confirmations

Sending the booking form submits a request. It does not reserve a time and it does not create a booking. Your booking exists only once someone from the workshop has contacted you and confirmed a date and time. Please do not turn up on the strength of a submitted form alone.

Quotes and pricing

This website does not publish prices, and nothing on it is an offer or a quote. Any price we give you for a job is given directly, applies to the specific vehicle and work discussed, and may change if the work turns out to involve more than was apparent at the time.

Information on this site

We describe our services in general terms so you know what we do. Whether a specific component can be machined, serviced or repaired depends on that component and can only be determined by inspecting it. Descriptions on this site are not a promise about your vehicle.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, including guarantees that services are provided with due care and skill. Where those rights apply, they apply regardless of anything written here.

Using the site

Please do not use this site or its forms to send unlawful, abusive or deliberately false material, and please do not attempt to interfere with the site or submit automated traffic to it.

This site links to and embeds third-party content such as Google Maps. We do not control those services and are not responsible for them.
