Fast Brake Mechanical & Machining is a trusted mechanic workshop based in Nerang on the Gold Coast, providing professional car servicing, logbook servicing, oil changes, diagnostics and mechanical repairs for customers from across the Gold Coast.

We work on all makes and models including petrol, diesel, European, 4WD and hybrid vehicles, offering everything from routine servicing and brake repairs to engine diagnostics, suspension repairs, clutch work and complete mechanical repairs.

We also specialise in precision machining: brake disc machining, brake drum machining, flywheel machining, exhaust manifold resurfacing and cylinder head resurfacing.

Most workshops on the Gold Coast do one job or the other. They either service and repair vehicles, or they machine components for the workshops that do. We do both, in the same building.

It sounds like a technicality until it is your car on the hoist. The usual way: a workshop pulls your flywheel, boxes it up and sends it to a machine shop. It sits in that shop's queue, comes back, and only then does your car go together. Your vehicle occupies a hoist for the whole round trip.

Here the part comes off, gets measured, gets cut, goes back on. If the measurement says it is past machining and needs replacing, you hear that from the person who measured it.

The workshop is at Unit 1, 22 Jay Gee Court, Nerang, which puts it within a short run of most of the northern and central Gold Coast.
