Jay Gee Court runs off Lawrence Drive in the Nerang industrial estate. Unit 1 is at the end, and the number is painted on the wall beside the roller door.
If the roller door is up, someone is in. Park on the apron in front of the unit rather than blocking the neighbouring bays.
